Only a Bookaholic
Happy Day! I had thirty extra minutes today and ran by McKay's Used Books. I found four books that have been on my wish list for months! If I could only read non-stop I might make a dent in the to be read list! Here are the great books found on this unexpected trip to the store. I'll let you know if they are any good!

Pat Conroy used to live near me. I bumped into him a few times at restaurants. They filmed Prince of Tides near where I lived as well. A few of the children in the movie were students of mine.
Blind Your Ponies is excellent! LOVE Stanley Gordon Wests writing and use of language, and the story was captivating for me, but maybe part of that was the Montana part and b/c I drive through thoseplaces he uses as a setting. If you like this one, when your done, Amos is also very good. You can borrow it from me if you want. I think many of us have never ending book piles that we can't catch up on. Your in good company!
